Eat clean, exercise, drink water, and get eight hours of sleep. These are habits that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. They are universal between men and women. However, as consumers, there is one area of personal health that men tend to overlook: skincare.
Skin is the largest organ in the human body. It regenerates every 27 days, and it is the first line of defense against UV rays, disease, and harmful bacteria like CNN, Fox News, and the Green Bay Packers.
Unfortunately, men continue to use skincare products that contain ingredients like ethanol, petroleum, and formaldehyde. These are the same chemicals that we use to power engines and preserve dead bodies – do we really want to use them on our skin?
The way we look at food labels should be the same way we look at products that end up on our skin. That is why we decided to create Dick’s Body Oil: a healthy, natural, and versatile way for men to moisturize their bodies.
Even though Men’s Body Oil is a new product category, the concept has been used in Eastern Medicine for thousands of years. Ancient civilizations in Asia, Europe, and South America extracted oils from plants to heal cuts, fight off rashes, and support healthy skin. Reintroducing these methods to the Western market as a modern product is a challenge, but we are excited to give it a try.
In the meantime, our vision for the future is simple: make plant-based products that smell good, are fun to use, and contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Plain and simple, Dicks Body Oil is a game changer. What started as a sample bottle has now turned into a staple in my daily routine. I use it on sunburns, as aftershave, on tattoos and as a general moisturizer. Dave!! You guys, I just barely started using my skin firming special formula you designed for me (I had to use up the rest of my old stuff first, haha.) It. Is. Incredible. I absolutely LOVE this oil, the fragrance, and how well it works! I put it on after I tan at the gym, it helps keep my skin smooth and moisturized. Thank you sooooo much!!
